Managing global delivery for a large account (revenue of 125M USD, 1000+ people), managing delivery centres, setting up of Offshore development centres, and creation of Technology initiatives. Spearheaded Global Engagements Transitions (Citibank, Shinsei Bank, General Motors, Arrow Electronics, Avaya, Whirlpool, Honeywell, eBay).

Extensive experience in IT business in Health Sciences (11 years), BFSI (6 years), and Manufacturing (3 years) industries.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills, combined with ability to visualize and set up operations to align with organization’s strategic goals and objectives. Ability to manage several stake holders including customer, top management, end users, outsourcing partners and staff. Strong experience in delivery management (including quality, cost and profitability management), events and branding, pre-sales / solutioning, people management, and liaison with government and industry bodies.

He is closely associated with Global premier education and research institutes. A global thinker and economist, engaged with numerous economic forums supporting macro policies definition and overseeing implementation programs.

He is responsible for the company’s worldwide Finance & operations, with a global executive team reporting to him.

Having over 30 years of rich experience of various finance leadership roles such as Financial Controller, Head-Finance and other senior level posts in Finance in variety of Industries including Media, Real Estate and Information Technology.

He has managed team of controllership, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), accounting, audit, corporate governance, merger & acquisition, treasury, funds planning – sourcing & deployment, investment, supply chain management, payroll, taxation, administration, policy formulation & implementation, revenue assurance and cost controls thereby helping businesses to achieve overall profitability.

Essentially worked in organisations and businesses in high growth or start-up phase and build up teams/established hard core finance operations/system/policies.

He attended Punjab Technical University, where he earned MBA in Accounting & Finance and bachelor degree in Law from Utkal University.

Rohit is Senior Vice President, Consulting and Pre sales at Vitrana. Part of the leadership team at Vitrana and responsible for delivery capability of consulting organization and leading the pre-sales initiative. At Vitrana, Rohit is focused on building processes and accelerators enabling delivery of first-rate professional consulting services and identifying new opportunities aligning to broader company and industry trends.

Having worked in both Pharma and IT organizations for several years, Rohit brings a perfect mix of technology and life sciences domain. He has closely worked with industry experts across various research departments business teams and solution vendors. Prior to co-founding Vitrana, Rohit was leading a team of Safety Consultants at Oracle Health Sciences Global Business Unit and was part of Relsys team who developed Argus Safety.

Rohit holds a Masters in Operations Management from Symbiosis University and has 15+ years of experience in Life sciences industry.

Ritu has over twelve years of experience in life sciences domain.

Her experience includes business and functional requirements, technical design, development, business testing and demos of Argus Suite of products. She possesses good pharmacovigilance domain knowledge along with functional and technical knowledge. Her areas of expertise include ETL, signaling, reporting and analytical solutions.

Ritu started her career at Relsys. Prior to joining Vitrana, she was Reporting and Analytics Solution Architect at Oracle Consulting, leading the reporting solution design and development efforts for top pharmaceutical companies and CROs. She has also worked as Product Manager responsible for writing the requirements for various products at Oracle HSGBU. She has led the successful implementation of the safety reporting for first Argus J customer on the Oracle Cloud in Japan and has a good understanding of the Japanese PMDA regulation.

Ritu holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication from Mody College of Engineering and Technology, Rajasthan.

Gaurav has 20+ years of experience in design and development of data driven solutions and products in the domain of Pharmacovigilance, Clinical Trials and Healthcare research. He is currently heading the Analytics vertical at Vitrana, spearheading the initiatives in the areas of Advanced Data Analytics, AI, Machine Learning, Data Warehousing and Data Visualization.

Prior to Vitrana, Gaurav has worked for Healthcare and Life Sciences Unit at Oracle. He played a key role in various large-scale implementations/customization of multiple products like Clinical Development Analytics, Translational Research Centre and Custom warehouses/marts for big Pharma companies across multiple geographical locations.

Gaurav holds a Masters degree from Birla Institute of Technolgy, Pilani. He is also passionate about sharing knowledge.

As a Vice President of US Operations Francois is responsible for driving business transformation programs, sales, deliveries and customer engagement. Francois expertise is embedded in enterprise change management, cross-cultural integration, process re-engineering, and pharmacovigilance. He has brought confidence in transformations and conduct improvements for large organizations, while driving P&L results. Francois up-to-date knowledge on latest technologies allows him to contribute to strategic transformations built around data sciences and cognitive assistants.

Sean currently serves as the VP of Business Development for Vitrana, responsible for the development and execution of the sales and marketing strategy.

Sean is a customer focused Life Sciences and Healthcare executive, with 18 years of experience in the industry. He began his professional career as a technical architect with Ciber and C3i. Sean then worked as an account executive for Oracle in the Health Sciences business unit, becoming a leading expert in Life Sciences, Clinical Trials and Drug Safety. Sean has also started and operated multiple retail businesses.

Sean is a graduate from Louisiana State University (LSU) with honors in Computer Engineering. He currently serves on the LSU Honors College Advisory Council. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, CrossFit, running, playing soccer, and traveling.

Jagadish has 22 years of experience in software architecture, design and development. He is the Chief Technology Officer at Vitrana.

Prior to Vitrana, he was working with Oracle as Senior Architect in the Health Sciences Global Business Unit. He was part of the core development team which architected, designed and developed Argus Safety Suite starting from version 5.0 upto 8.1.1. Jagadish has a very strong technical background with experience in multiple technologies. He brings with him the ability to visualize software solutions to Life Sciences domain requirements with the best use of possible technologies.

Jagadish holds a degree in Computer Science Engineering from University Visvesvaraya College of Engineering.

Punit has 12 years of software architecture, design, development and consulting experience in Pharmacovigilance.

He is Director Consulting at Vitrana engaged in designing solutions, presales, client workshops, project deliveries and product ownership.

His consulting sprint spans across big and complex data migrations, upgrades, implementations and designing consulting products for Tier 1 clients.

As part of core technical team of Argus Safety development team for 8 years, he has to his credit a number of Argus Safety features. He was the creator of E2B R3 regulations and HL7 framework in Argus Safety.

Punit is Masters in Computer Applications from prestigious IIT BHU. He is passionate about spirituality and yoga.

Atul is a Global Delivery Leader having close to 18 years of professional experience in Client Management, Program Management, Safety implementations, Safety consulting and services, best practices consulting, Product Development and Deployment, Data Migrations, App Integration, Safety Customizations, Upgrades, Config Maintenance, Validation, Safety Monitoring, Safety Solutions expertise, Administrator Trainings and Third Level Support across US, Europe, and Asia.

He has Extensive experience in business consulting for pharmaceutical regulated environment, business process mapping and re-engineering.

Atul is a Certified Oracle Argus Suite Implementation Expert.

As part of core technical team of Argus Safety development team, he has designed and developed several Argus Safety Features.

As a Senior Director – Consulting at Vitrana Atul is responsible for building high-performance offshore capabilities, driving process , driving business transformation programs, client deliveries and customer engagement.

Tanshuman is Director of Presales and Operations at Vitrana. He is responsible for discovery, eliciting, solutioning and managing responses/bids to RFx and presales needs, as well as provide management, techno-functional and client relation oversight to existing projects around Vitrana products and services.

Tanshuman is a creative solution lead, focused at resolving niche, complex and ambiguous business needs in Pharmacovigilance, Clinical Operations, Healthcare and Data Sciences using innovative technology solutions including automations using data-driven AI/ML, NLP, customizations, SaaS offerings and knowledge-driven consulting services.

Tanshuman holds an MBA from IIM Kozhikode and a BTech from NIT Surathkal, and has 13+ years of experience in Presales, consultative solutioning, IT operations/delivery, ITIL, Technical Project management and Business Analysis experience in Safety and Pharmacovigilance Technology, and further product management and software development experience in Casino Gaming and Telecommunications.

Anshul is leading the Business Transformation, and Program Management vertical with a clear vision for driving sustainable growth, operational excellence, and regulatory adherence. As a key member of our leadership team, Anshul plays an instrumental role in guiding our organization through transformative initiatives, ensuring that we not only meet but exceed industry standards and expectations.
